Collaboration Models is a platform built for authentic connections between brands and models — especially those just getting started. We focus on what matters: transparency, safety, and ethical practices.
We deliberately chose the name Collaboration Models because it better reflects the reality of these partnerships. The term “Brand Ambassador” is often used in misleading ways — implying paid, long-term roles when, in reality, many so-called ambassador programs simply ask people to buy products in exchange for social tags.
That’s not what we do. We believe in transparent, mutual agreements where both parties understand exactly what’s being exchanged — whether it's product, payment, exposure, or portfolio development. Real collaboration. Real terms. No hype.
The modeling and influencer world is full of fake offers, shady DM deals, and worse — trafficking risks disguised as fashion gigs. We created Collaboration Models to raise the standard for entry-level collabs.
That’s why we follow our own Collaboration Etiquette — a ruleset for how real, fair, and respectful brand-model deals should work. Both parties must agree before anything moves forward.
Models: We accept applications from new and experienced models who want to collaborate with legitimate brands — paid and unpaid (gifted product) campaigns available.
Brands: We welcome boutiques, fashion startups, and product lines who operate professionally and want real engagement — not follower counts.
Collaboration Models is the flexible, open-casting wing of Midwest Model Agency, a proven ethical agency operating for over a decade in the heartland.
We are a BEAM Certified platform — committed to Better Ethics Association for Modeling. We do not double-dip commissions, and we believe every collab should be built on consent and professionalism.
Collaboration Models: Where respect and opportunity meet.
