Talent Agreement for Collaboration Models
Collaboration Models is a division of Midwest Model Agency. All work provided by Model Model LLC and its clients are considered contract. The models are not full or part-time employees. This agreement can be canceled at any time by either party.
David Whitney, and The Midwest Model Agency (Midwest Model LLC) have permission to use any photograph and/or video taken or obtained by David Whitney and Midwest Model or provided by the models and may be used publicly to promote the talent in all states of The United States of America, and international campaigns and products. (It is also understood that no royalty, fee or other compensation shall become payable to me by reason of such use of images and video.)
It is understood that the images may be used in print publications, online publications, websites, and social media. Compensation is 20% for the Agent and 80% for the actor/model per job.
This is a non-exclusive agreement for 1 year and it does not auto-renew. All models must renew yearly. David Whitney will act as your non-exclusive agent and represent you to advertisers and producers for collaboration modeling jobs. Any job can be declined. Any customers you have already are yours not any of our business. After a job is complete, the customer will be invoiced. Payment can take several weeks to arrive.
Please alert us to any schedule conflict or emergency. We recommend not doing nude photos or video. We never recommend tattoos on neck or face. We may help with research on modeling inquiries from suspicious parties. For fashion models long colorful fingernails are fun but not helpful for acquiring work. Never stay at a job or situation where you feel you may be in danger of any kind.
Some of the opportunities include:
Real brands with social media accounts may select you for collaborations (paid or non-paid).
Models never pay shipping or anything for product.
Models must take photos with the product and return them for brand use on social media.
Each opportunity is unique and decided between the Brand, Agency, and Model.
If brands opt to pay modeling rates, the 80/20 split applies (model/agency).
For under-average pay jobs, Collaboration Models takes 75% (75/25 split).
If a model moves to Midwest Model Agency, the rate becomes 80/20.
Your photos and the photos you provide remain yours but may be used to promote you on our website, Instagram, and TikTok. Tagging is appreciated but not required. Negative reviews about the agency, models, or talent are not permitted for two years; bring concerns to us directly.
Please inform us if you become unavailable for work or change your appearance (e.g., haircut, hair color). Contact us at midwestmodelagency@yahoo.com or call/text 515-290-5118.
Before any payouts, a 1099 IRS tax form will be required. We do not need your address unless payment or product delivery is involved.
Required info: Name, State, Email, Phone, Social Media links, Hair color, Height, Eye color, and Measurements (if possible).
Additional Terms
No Financial Obligation: No fees are required. Optional third-party services are separate.
No Contract Required: Flexible entry, no long-term obligation.
Transparent Communication: Honest communication with models and parents (if under 18).
Usage of Images: Agency may use content from arranged events for promotion.
Opportunity-Driven: No guaranteed jobs, but genuine opportunities presented.
Code of Conduct: Professional behavior is expected. Report unsafe conditions immediately.
